Sept 5th - 13.1 mile run
Sept 6th - 3 mile run
Sept 7th - 3 mile run and afternoon of boogie boarding
Sept 8th - 3 mile run
Sept 9th - 3 mile run
Sept 10th - muscle recovery day
Sept 11th - German Horse shoes, 2 mile run and climbed the Great Pyramid on the stair step, bowling with some beer drinking (developing arm muscles)
Sept 12th - 7 mile run
