(just an idea of what I have been doing for R3 this last week):
04 Sept - 6 mile run
05 Sept - Back exercises to pull myself up over the beer cooler
06 Sept - 12 mile run
07 Sept - 6 mile run
08 Sept - 2 mile run & 20 minutes on row machine
09 Sept - 2 mile run & 30 minutes on parabolic machine followed by heavy drinking
10 Sept - 3 mile run plus 30 minutes on bike watching The Simpsons
11 Sept - 3 mile plus a future long run tonight temperature dependent followed by a beer...possibly three
